1) Click the fire button on the ecig to turn it off.
2) Place a bathroom towel around the bottom of the tank. This will prevent it getting scratched when the teeth of the piler grabs it.
3) Place the two halfs of the pilers around the bottom part of the vape tank that is stuck on the battery mod.
4) Press down the pilers handles, so that the teeth have a good grip of the tank and twist it the other way around. On a few attempts the tank will come off from the stuck battery mod.
